• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense our data to third parties
• Use the Service for illegal activities or spam
• Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the platform
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent limitations
• Use automated tools to scrape data beyond our API
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Harass or stalk individuals using our contact data

• Form D data is public information; enriched data has usage restrictions
• Contact information must be used in compliance with anti-spam laws
• You're responsible for following CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and other applicable regulations
• Commercial use of data outside your subscription terms is prohibited

• We own all rights to the platform, software, and our proprietary enhancements
• Form D data is public; our analysis, enrichment, and presentation are proprietary
• Our trademarks, logos, and brand elements are protected

• You retain ownership of content you create (GamePlan notes, etc.)
• You grant us license to store and display your content as necessary for the Service
• You're responsible for ensuring you have rights to any content you upload

• Kai provides research assistance based on available data
• AI responses are computational and may contain errors
• You're responsible for verifying AI-provided information
• We don't guarantee accuracy of AI analysis or recommendations

• Your conversations with Kai are stored temporarily for context
• You can clear chat history at any time
• We may use anonymized interaction data to improve AI performance

• We strive for 99% uptime but don't guarantee uninterrupted service
• Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible
• We're not liable for service interruptions beyond our control

• We provide data "as is" without warranties of accuracy or completeness
• Public SEC data accuracy depends on original filings
• Enriched data accuracy depends on third-party sources
• You're responsible for verifying information before acting on it

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

In no event shall Kaizhen LLC be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Damages exceeding the amount you paid for the Service in the past 12 months

You acknowledge that this Service is for business use and that any damages would be commercial in nature.

• You control your GamePlan notes and can delete them at any time
• We're not responsible for backing up your content
• We may remove content that violates these Terms

• Downloaded data is for your internal business use only
• You may not redistribute CSV exports or other downloaded data
• Data usage must comply with applicable laws and regulations

• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• Cancellation stops future billing but doesn't trigger refunds
• You may delete your account, which removes your personal data

We may suspend or terminate accounts for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Non-payment of fees
• Illegal activity or abuse
• Fraudulent account information

• Access to the Service stops immediately
• Your data may be deleted after account closure
• These Terms survive termination where applicable

• We may update these Terms periodically
• Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notice
• Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance

• The current version supersedes all previous versions
• Previous versions are available upon request
